Ben Newbury is a British film director, editor and writer trained at Ridley Scott Associates. After achieving a First Class English degree from Queen Mary’s University, Ben worked his way up through the production team at the award winning advertising agency Fold7, before moving to RSA, and eventually becoming independent. Ben’s commercial work includes films for Lynx, Kew Gardens, SMART Mercedes Benz, Carte D’Or, New Balance, Puma, Oliver Spencer, YouTube and SKY as well as global artists including Stormzy, Liam Payne, Ellie Gouldling, Lewis Capaldi, CamelPhat, Jake Bugg, London Grammar, Tom Grennan, Anne-Marie and Ed Sheeran. Ben was nominated for Best Artist Campaign at the 2018 Music Week Awards for his SPOTIFY Stormzy ad.
